From the age of six, Lebanese sound designer Rana Eid has been absorbed by the echoes of war that scored her childhood. All through her career, she has created soundscapes for war-torn cities, and others to accompany their psychologically broken residents.Her latest production: Rebecca Lenkiewicz’s 2025 Berlinale Competition title Hot Milk.
