- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 scallion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder, optional
- Water or clear broth, as needed
Instructions
- Mix ground pork with egg, cornstarch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, vegetable oil, and a little salt until sticky.

- Bring water or clear broth to a gentle boil in a pot.
- Shape the pork mixture into small meatballs and slide them into the pot.
- Simmer until the meatballs float and are fully cooked.
- Season the broth to taste, add chopped scallion, and serve hot.
Cooking Tips
